将鲫魚裡邊内髒處理洗淨,切幾片姜片帖在魚上;切好蔥姜,準備好的大料放在小碗内,放入适量鹽白醋和醬油;

油鍋燒熱,放入鲫魚,兩邊均粘油後倒入準備好的蔥姜調料,待聞到蔥香味道加入适量的水,中火慢炖;

十五分鐘左右大火收汁,再加入雞精即可。
