瘦肉切小丁,加蔥炝鍋,加生抽少許,過油滑炒至變色。

粥鍋燒開水,加大米煮滾,中小火半小時後煮至米粒粘稠。

加炒好的肉繼續煮12分鐘。最後加大白菜和鹽,攪拌幾分鐘即可。
