草魚段放蔥和姜,覆上保鮮膜;

鍋裡加水燒開,将草魚段放入鍋中,大火蒸5-6分鐘,關火後放在鍋裡虛蒸3分鐘;

草魚段滗去盤中的湯汁,上面的蔥姜揀去不用;

放上蔥絲和紅椒絲,淋适量的蒸魚豉油,淋上熱油即可。
