白菜雞凍怎麼做好吃

  1、食材:

  (1)主料:公雞750克、白菜(鮮)250克。

  (2)輔料:大蔥10克、姜5克、八角3克、醬油5克。

  2、做法步驟:

  (1)開膛去内髒,洗淨後剁成3厘米見方的塊;

  (2)坐鍋點火倒水,下入栗子煮熟,去皮備用;

  (3)鍋再點火倒水,放入雞塊、蔥、姜、大料、醬油,煮開後改成微火,直到焖爛;

  (4)取出熟雞塊,皮面向下碼入碗底,上面放8個煮熟的栗子,再澆上煮熟的雞湯;

  (5)晾涼後放入冰箱内,吃時取出扣入盤内。
