  1、把幹貨蛤蜊肉洗幹淨備用;

  2、把紅幹椒,蒜苗,姜都切好備用;

  3、先熱鍋,但是不要放油,把蛤蜊肉先放入鍋内烘幹,這樣會讓蛤蜊肉口感更好;

  4、蛤蜊肉烘得七成幹的時候,就倒入油,放姜絲,加适量的鹽一起爆香;

  5、把蒜苗和紅幹椒,加入一點豆豉一起爆炒兩分鐘左右即可了。
