  1、準備材料:藕2節、豬肉500克、小香蔥5根、雞蛋3個、鹽10克、料酒5勺、香油1勺、澱粉2勺、面粉300克、生抽2勺、油200克;

  2、藕洗淨去皮切塊,在每塊藕中間切開不要切斷,豬肉切碎末、小香蔥切碎末,加入澱粉、鹽、生抽、料酒攪拌均勻;

  3、面粉、雞蛋、少許鹽、少許胡椒粉加适量的水攪拌成糊狀;

  4、藕夾中間夾攪拌好的肉,盡量夾滿,夾好沾面糊,平底鍋加點油放藕夾進去,小火兩面煎至金黃即可。
