  1、将葉子洗淨,曬b幹,不要太幹,切成小碎粒狀,

  2、然後準備好一個腌菜壇子,洗幹淨晾幹,

  3、将切好的葉子拌上鹽(量的多少看個人口味,如果保存時間長點就要多加鹽,如過幾天就是吃就可以少放鹽)姜、蔥末,少許味精,放置壇中密封即可。
