  1、洗滌。将芋頭表面的泥沙洗滌幹淨。

  2、去皮。在鍋中煮20min左右,然後措去皮即可。

  3、鴨肉預處理。鴨肉切片,冷水下鍋煮,水開後撈出,洗去沫子。

  4、炒鴨肉。首先準備好大料,炒大料,然後炒姜蔥蒜,然後放入鴨肉,加入适量老抽與料酒。

  5、煮鴨肉與芋頭。加水煮,約40min後,加入鹽、糖、雞精、胡椒粉,然後把芋頭下鍋,然後将芋頭煮至大爛就可以了。
