  1、菠蘿水果凍的做法:菠蘿削皮洗淨,荔枝、桔子洗淨,都切成丁;白糖200克放鍋内,加清水燒沸,出鍋晾涼放入冰箱内冷成糖水待用;鍋内加入适量清水和白糖200克熬汁;放入菠蘿丁、荔枝丁和桔子丁稍炸,出鍋放入碗裡;放上紅綠櫻桃點綴,凝固後放冰箱内冷凍;食用時取出菠蘿凍切成丁放在另一碗裡,澆上冰凍的糖汁即可。

  2、菠蘿是一種熱帶水果,營養價值非常高,含有很多的糖,果糖、葡萄糖以及維生素族的維生素B、維生素C,還有檸檬酸和蛋白酶等等。作為菠蘿本身有一定的功效,就是幫助消化。
