  1、食材:香菇6個、青椒2個、花生油适量、蚝油1.5匙、鹽1匙、雞粉1匙。

  2、香菇洗幹淨切片備用;

  3、青椒洗幹淨切片備用;

  4、鍋内下油燒熱放入香菇翻炒1分鐘;

  5、加入青椒翻炒至青椒變軟;

  6、加入鹽翻炒均勻;

  7、加蚝油翻炒均勻;

  8、倒少許清水翻炒至香菇熟透收汁;

  9、香菇炒青椒裝盤即可。
