山藥排骨枸杞湯的做法

  1、原料:山藥250克,枸杞20克,排骨250克,生姜2片,鹽少許。

  2、排骨洗淨,放入滾水中氽燙,去除血水,撈出。

  3、山藥去皮,切3厘米大塊。

  4、鍋中倒入适量清水,放入燙好的排骨及姜片,中火煮約40分鐘。然後加入山藥、枸杞,再以中火續煮10~20分鐘至山藥熟爛即可。
