  将蛋糕分成三層,三層中間都夾上水果和奶油。奶油裝裱花袋,頭部剪開一個圓口,從底部向上把奶油擠出,像小圓柱,直到把蛋糕一圈擠滿。蛋糕一圈擠滿後把上面的蛋糕從外畫圈圈擠滿,全部擠滿抹刀平行放置大概15度角快速旋轉轉盤,把多餘的刮下。上面大概抹平,抹平側面時抹刀垂直15度角,快速旋轉轉盤。大概2到3圈側面就可以抹平。然後修整表面,表面剛剛已經基本抹平,但不夠光滑,修整上面一定要注意把抹刀上的奶油擦幹淨。抹刀水平15度角,由外向中心拉平,每拉一次都要把抹刀上奶油擦掉。大概3到4次就可以拉平整。
