  1、仔姜蒸魚頭的用料:大魚頭1個、子姜5片、大醬1勺、蔥1顆、鹽适量。

  2、大頭魚頭1個沖水1小時,去除血水,然後用布吸幹水分,切塊,加入姜粒、鹽、雞粉、花生油、生粉拌勻;

  3、撈好的魚頭塊平鋪于碟上,依次放上面豉醬、子姜,入蒸鍋大火蒸8分鐘;

  4、出鍋後撒上蔥花,淋上滾油,少許醬油就完成啦。
