  1、用料:

  雞蛋4個、糖70g、牛奶80g、蜂蜜10g、低筋粉240g、泡打粉2g。

  2、做法:

  (1)雞蛋4個加糖打發,放入牛奶,蜂蜜,攪勻。

  (2)在蛋混合液中加入低筋粉,泡打粉,鹽。十字法拌勻。

  (3)中火加熱平底鍋,用勺舀入混合液。待面皮表面起泡,輕輕用鏟子推動,小火翻面加熱凝固即可。
