1、把芥末粉放入碗中,加點熱水調成芥末糊,蓋上保鮮膜,坐在熱水裡小火保溫約5分鐘。

2、等待芥末味慢慢揮發出來,大白菜取菜心的中部,切成5CM左右長的段,燒一鍋水,将白菜段放入,煮30S撈出。

3、卷成卷,放進幹淨的小砂鍋中,放好後在上面抹一層芥末糊,再撒上一層糖和鹽。

4、倒上适量的白醋,準備好兩片大菜葉,把菜葉焯水,焯好水的大菜葉蓋在芥末墩上,蓋好砂鍋的蓋子,第二天即可食用。
