  1、原料:辣椒面半斤,羊油2斤,豬油半斤,色拉油半斤。

  2、輔料:蔥段和生姜片各1兩,八角3克,桂皮3克,陳皮10克,丁香2克,山奈5克,花椒5克,小茴香3克,香葉3克,良姜5克,草果2個,甘草2克。

  3、把羊油和豬油煉好以後,倒入色拉油并放入所有輔料,小火炸出輔料的香味後,撈出所有的輔料不用,将幹淨的熱油放至6成熟左右時,澆到辣椒面裡拌勻即可。
