  1、材料:生黃芪15克、大棗5枚。

  2、将黃芪和大棗洗淨,放入砂鍋内,加兩碗清水,蓋上鍋蓋,先大火燒開,再轉小火煮半小時,棄渣喝湯,每周飲用2-3次。

  3、黃芪性偏溫,補氣升陽,易于助火,所以有陰虛陽亢、熱毒亢盛、食積内停者不宜使用,以免加重陽熱亢盛。
