  1、豬肉500g、料酒适量、蔥姜适量、醬油糖适量、味精鹽少許、澱粉少許。

  2、做法:将豬肉洗淨,放入涼水鍋中,加蔥、姜、料酒,中火煮肉至六七分熟。

  3、切成薄片。盡量薄,方便入味。蔥,姜末,醬油,鹽,味精,料酒,白糖,加水調勻,做成料汁。

  4、肉碼齊,放入調好的料汁,上鍋蒸,至料汁入味即可。取出蒸好的肉。炒鍋上油,用水澱粉勾芡,出鍋即可。
