  1、食材:包菜一顆、蒜幾瓣、幹辣椒10-15個、花椒10粒左右、陳醋、老抽、糖、鹽、雞精少許。

  2、包菜用手撕成小片,幹辣椒剪成小段、蒜切片;

  3、鍋中油熱後,關小火,放入蒜片爆香,再放入花椒、幹辣椒;

  4、炒出香味後,放入卷心菜,炒至稍稍變色,放入陳醋、老抽翻炒均勻;

  5、放少許糖提鮮,加少許鹽、雞精調味即可。
