  1、主料雞肉300g,調料花生油适量,食鹽适量,澱粉适量,毛豆100g,玉米粒50g。

  2、将雞肉切丁,放入澱粉,鹽,蔥花拌勻,腌制20分鐘。

  3、毛豆粒,玉米粒,胡蘿蔔丁備用。

  4、炒鍋放油,放入腌制的雞肉丁翻炒成熟,撈出備用。

  5、炒鍋放油,放入蔬菜丁翻炒4分鐘。

  6、然後加入清水和雞肉丁炖制15分鐘。

  7、加入鹽,調味,收汁即可。
