  1、食材:帶魚500克,蔥白絲5克,紅椒絲5克,枸杞5克,清湯300克,雞精8克,精鹽10克,澱粉、蔥姜汁、料酒、味精、油各适量。

  2、帶魚切成8厘米長段,加精鹽、蔥姜汁腌入味,拍勻澱粉煎過皮。

  3、帶魚擺入沙鍋,投入蔥白絲、紅椒絲、枸杞,加精鹽、雞精、料酒、味精,倒入清湯煲10分鐘即可上桌。
