簡單好吃的蓋飯怎麼做

  1、原料:米飯300克,淨魚肉100克,西芹50克,水發木耳10克。

  2、輔料:料酒10克,姜末3克,番茄醬20克,鹽4克,味精少許。

  3、做法:米飯分2份,置碗中;木耳洗淨,切小塊;西芹擇去根、葉,洗淨,切小丁;魚肉切片,放鹽、料酒、姜末攪拌均勻,腌約20分鐘。鍋置火上,放油燒至八成熱,放入腌過的魚片炒熟,盛出。

  4、原鍋留底油燒熱,放入木耳、西芹翻炒幾下,加番茄醬和少許水,燒開後放入魚片、味精,翻炒均勻,澆在米飯上即可。
