  1、清理柚子皮:首先将柚子皮用鹽搓洗幹淨,然後用清水沖洗幹淨後備用,然後将柚子皮剝下,再切成适當寬度的條狀,最好将白色的瓤去掉大部分,留下少量做成的柚子皮糖才有嚼勁。

  2、煮柚子皮:鍋中加适量水和鹽後放入柚子皮煮開,煮開後撈起放在清水中浸泡一夜去苦,第二天撈起放鍋中再次煮開,煮開後撈起瀝幹即可。

  3、加糖:根據柚子皮的比例準備一比一的白糖,将白糖分兩次倒入鍋中和柚子皮攪拌均勻,最後開大火收汁焖煮,煮至糖汁冒白色泡沫關火撈起晾涼,晾涼後再裹上白糖即可。
