  2、在進行無氧運動的過程中,速度上比較快,爆發力也比較忙,體内的糖分還來不及通過氧氣分解,就隻能依靠“無氧供能”了,無氧運動中,人體體内會有比較多的乳酸,影響就是肌肉疲勞沒法持久,做完運動後會覺得肌肉酸痛,呼吸也急促。
