  1、材料:白菜500克,豆腐300克。

  2、調料:植物油,蔥花、姜片,鹽。胡椒粉、雞精各适量。

  3、白菜洗淨切片,豆腐洗淨切塊。

  4、鍋中加油燒熱,放入蔥花,姜片妙香後加入白菜稍炒。

  5、下豆腐,放入鹽,雞精,胡椒粉,稍加一點水煮沸。轉小火将白菜、豆腐煮熟即可。
