  1、材料:菜花250克,西紅柿150克。

  2、調料:鹽、雞精各适量。

  3、制作方法:将菜花掰成小朵,洗淨,控幹水分;西紅柿洗淨,切塊。鍋中熱油,放入菜花,翻炒時加入少量水燒3分鐘,再放入西紅柿一起翻炒,用小火燴2分鐘,直至西紅柿燴出汁,然後加鹽和雞精炒均勻即可。
