臨近過年了，要清理冰箱庫存了。之前舟山好友送來的海鳗魚，我一直不知道做，知道是好東西，但主觀上不愛吃，所以一直放着。
這今天想想試試看，不會燒不怕，找度娘。一搜，剛好原料都有，鄰居給的陽江豆豉，真是太棒了按做法，切好鳗魚，撒上豆豉，再料酒、白糖，姜絲，水開後蒸15分鐘
