藜麥飯做法

用料:藜麥:100g、玉米粒:80g、青豌豆:80g、胡蘿蔔:50g、小番茄:5個。

做法:藜麥和水1:2煮30分鐘,翻炒蔬菜,再加入藜麥炒3分鐘左右即可。

藜麥屬于易熟以消化的食品,口感獨特,有淡淡的堅果清香,藜麥有很多的做法,可以搭配其它谷物煮粥,搭配水果做沙拉,與水果混合成飲品,藜麥飯等。
