酸筍炒豬肚

原料:酸筍100克、煮好豬肚500克;配料:鹽5克、生抽5克、白糖5克、老抽5克、蒜蓉10克、指天椒5-6個。

小心将酸筍取出,洗淨,切片;

鍋裡放油,把蒜蓉、指天椒下鍋爆香,倒入酸筍加鹽炒出香味;

再倒入豬肚,翻炒,加入生抽和老抽白糖,小火焖兩分鐘;

大火翻勻即可快速出鍋。
