腌菜炒豬大腸

主料:豬腸頭一條、蘿蔔腌菜(姜絲)适量;調味料:辣椒醬、白糖、白醋、醬油、蒜油和生粉各适量。

豬腸頭一條,清洗幹淨(去掉油脂,用鹽和生粉抓洗),放開水鍋中(放兩片生姜、一個大料和少許黃酒)焯熟後撈起切塊待用;

蘿蔔腌菜洗幹淨切小段,事先用油鍋炒香;

鍋中下油放姜絲豬腸頭塊用大火翻炒後,再加入腌菜繼續翻炒,把調味料攪勻後,鍋裡邊加調味料菜中邊翻炒入味停火即可裝盤。
