鵝血素炒青蒜苗

食材:鵝血400g、青蒜苗200g、食用油少許、蒜末少許、料酒少許、生抽少許、蚝油少許。

鵝血洗淨,切成片,放在沸水焯2分鐘,撈出瀝水。

青蒜苗剝皮後,洗淨,切成2厘米左右的段備用。

鍋内放入食用油,放入蒜末煸香,放入鵝血翻炒2分鐘後放入蒜苗翻炒2分鐘

鍋内倒入生抽、蚝油,翻炒均勻後關火。
