01.字體考點

001.添加拼音

選中文字→在【字體】組點擊【拼音指南】按鈕→在彈出的對話框中點擊【确定】即可。

Select the text → click the pinyin guide button in the [font] group → click ok in the pop-up dialog box.

02.段落考點

001.項目符号

【設置圖片項目符号操作步驟】

選中文字→【段落】組→【項目符号】下拉箭頭→選擇【定義心得項目符号】→圖片→導入→選中圖片即可。

002.插入制表位

選中文本→點擊【段落】右下角對話框按鈕→點擊左下角【制表位】按鈕→在制表位位置文本框中輸入第一個制表位的位置（以“字符”為單位）→輸入後選擇【對齊方式】和【前導符】樣式→點擊【設置】按鈕。

特别提醒：

1.一定要先選中所有需要添加制表位的文本再設置。

2.設置之後在對應位置按【Tab】鍵應用制表位。

001. Bulleted

[Procedure for setting picture bullets]

Select text → [Paragraph] group → [bullet] drop down arrow → Select [Definition experience bullet] → Picture → Import → select the picture.

Insert TAB stops

Select text → click the button in the lower right corner of the [Paragraph] dialog box → click the button in the lower left corner of the [TAB position] → Enter the position of the first TAB position in the text box of the TAB position (in "character") → select the [Alignment] and [leading] style after input → click the [Settings] button.

Special reminder:

1. Select all the text to which you want to add TAB stops.

2. Press Tab in the corresponding position to apply Tab stops.

03.樣式考點

001.樣式的複制

點擊【樣式】右下角對話框按鈕→左下角選擇【管理樣式】→【導入/導出】→右側點擊【關閉文件】→【打開文件】→文件類型為【所有word文檔】→選中目标文檔→選中樣式→【複制】

001. Copy styles

Click on the lower right corner of the dialog button → the lower left corner to select [Management style] → [Import/export] → right click [close file] → [Open file] → file type for [all Word documents] → select the target document → select the style → [Copy]

04.編輯考點

001.通配符的使用

【批量添加空格操作步驟】

打開【替換】→對話框→光标定位在【查找内容】欄→點擊【更多】→格式選擇【樣式】裡的【正文】→并在【查找内容】欄輸入“?“→勾選【使用通配符】→【替換為】欄輸入”&”(點擊特殊格式→選擇【查找内容】) →再輸入一個半角空格→點擊全部替換。

002.選擇基礎知識

不連續選擇:Ctrl;連續選擇：Shift。

003.矩形選擇文本

按住【Alt】鍵→同時按住左鍵拖動鼠标選擇所需的縱向區域。

Open [replace] → dialog box → cursor position in [find content] bar → click [more] → format select [style] in [text] → and enter "? "→ check [use wildcard] → [replace to] input" & "(click special format → select [search content]) → enter a half corner space again → click all replace.

002. Choose the basics

Discontinuous selection :Ctrl; Continuous selection: Shift.

003. Rectangle selection text

Hold down the [Alt] key → hold down the left button and drag the mouse to select the desired vertical area.
