清蒸開背魚的做法家常(清蒸鮮蝦做法)1

食材:

沙蝦500g、野峰橄榄油适量、生姜1小塊、蒜頭3瓣、鮮味汁适量

做法:

1)沙蝦清洗幹淨,剪去蝦須、蝦腳;

2)蒜頭和生姜分别剁碎;

3)蒸鍋放水煮開,把蝦放進蒸籠,水開後放蒸鍋上面,大火蒸5~6分鐘,關火焖3分鐘;

4)另起鍋,熱鍋冷油,小火爆香姜、蒜末;

5)加入适量鮮味汁,這種鮮味汁很鹹,我要兌點水進去的。建議用蒸魚豉油或海鮮醬油等不太鹹又好味的豉油來蘸。

6)大火蒸5~6分鐘之後,關火焖3分鐘再出鍋即可,一定趁熱吃,冷了就不好吃了呀!
