花生酥糖的做法

用料:熟花生碎120g,熟白芝麻8g,白砂糖20g,麥芽糖25g,水16g,鹽0.6g,黃油2g。

花生和芝麻放入烤箱,100度保溫備用。其餘材料倒入鍋中,中小火加熱至140度,倒入花生和芝麻。

快速拌勻,倒在不粘布上,整形成1.5厘米厚的長方形,趁熱切成1.5厘米見方的小方塊。
