巧腌制黃瓜做法竅門

巧腌制黃瓜的用料:黃瓜5斤、生姜125g、大蒜125g、醬油1250g、鹽250g、白糖175g、白酒175ml、尖椒500g、味精50g、花生油100ml。

黃瓜洗淨切段,用鹽腌制24-30小時。

腌制好的黃瓜再把水分壓出24小時。

花生油,醬油分别燒開放涼備用。

姜,蒜切片備用,尖椒洗淨從中間切開把水份瀝幹。

把壓好水分的黃瓜和其它所有材料放到一起腌制第二天便可食用!
