原料:五花肉、韭菜、面粉、姜、花椒、食鹽、醬油、花生油各适量。

做法步驟:姜切末,花椒炒熟後壓成細面,花生油在炒鍋内加熱,倒入碗中晾涼,醬油盛入碗中,備用。豬五花肉切成小丁,加入食鹽、姜末、花椒面、醬油、熟花生油,攪拌均勻,腌制。韭菜洗淨,切末。将腌制好的肉餡放入韭菜中,拌勻即可。
