【感冒喝水大有講究】不要一次大量地飲水。應間斷性地飲水,每次200毫升左右,相當于一普通紙杯,小孩酌情減少。間接3小時後再喝,不要連着喝,這樣既可以維持電解質的平衡,也不會加重腎的負擔。要喝溫水不要喝涼水。喝涼水起不到加快血液循環和散熱的作用,還會刺激胃腸道、稀釋胃液、影響人體消化吸收。
