蒜瓣切丁備用,小油菜洗幹淨瀝幹水。

炒鍋燒幹倒入少量油,八成熱時加入蒜末幹紅辣椒翻炒,顔色稍變,倒入小油菜,大火迅速翻炒至菜葉斷青,撒少許鹽、雞精翻炒均勻即可出鍋了!
