烏梅的功效

治久咳不已:烏梅肉(微炒)、禦米殼(去筋膜,蜜炒)。等分為末。每服二錢,睡時蜜湯調下。(《本草綱目》)

治小兒頭瘡,積年不瘥:烏梅肉,燒灰細研,以生油調塗之。(《聖惠方》)

治傷寒蛔厥及久痢:烏梅三百枚,細辛六兩,幹姜十兩,黃連十六兩,當歸四兩,附子六兩(炮,去皮),蜀椒四兩(出汗),桂枝(去皮)六兩,人參六兩,黃柏六兩。上十味,異搗篩,合治之,以苦酒漬烏梅一宿,去核,蒸之五鬥米下,飯熟搗成泥,和藥令相得,内臼中,與蜜杵二千下,丸如梧桐子大。先食飲服十丸,日三服,稍加至二十丸。禁生冷、滑物、臭食等。(《傷寒論》烏梅丸)

治咽喉腫痛:烏梅30g,雙花60g,雄黃12g。為末,蜜丸,每丸3g。每次含化1丸,徐徐咽下,每日3次。(《全國中草藥新醫療法展覽會資料選編》)
