白蘿蔔300g、面粉300g、雞蛋1個、鹽3g、香蔥1根、胡椒粉2g、植物油30g。

方法:蘿蔔洗幹淨後去皮擦成細絲;加适量鹽腌制20分鐘;用手擠去多餘的水分;蘿蔔絲中加入雞蛋、面粉、少許鹽、胡椒粉和蔥花;拌成蘿蔔絲面糊;團成大小适中的蘿蔔絲球;入油鍋中小火炸至金黃;撈出來後改大火複制幾秒,撈出來瀝幹油即可。
