燒豆腐怎麼做好吃

每塊豆腐切為四件,放碟上,灑茶匙鹽于豆腐上,隔水蒸約10分鐘。

取出豆腐,用廚房紙吸幹水分,放入滾油内慢火炸至金黃色,盛起。

燒熱 砂窩下油1湯匙,放入豆腐,再加入冬菇片、珍珠筍、紅蘿蔔花、菜心,再注入上湯,慢火煮至汁液濃稠,打獻汁(埋芡),即可上桌。
