蒸鹹蘿蔔幹鹹菜的做法(蒸鹹魚做法)1


1、鹹魚用清水洗淨,蔥切絲,姜切絲備用

2、辣椒切小段,在鹹魚身上切幾刀,不要把鹹魚切斷

3、在每條鹹魚肚中放幾絲蔥絲和姜絲

4、把鹹魚擺盤,鋪上姜絲、蔥絲、辣椒

5、倒入适量料酒、食用油,最後加上幾粒花椒

6、放入蒸鍋起火蒸鹹魚,水開後20分鐘

7、要多放點水,避免燒幹鍋,帶青椒清香味的鹹魚出鍋啦
