黨參芡實豬腰湯
材料：豬腰1個，黨參30克，芡實20克，白酒适量，姜、蔥、鹽适量。
将豬腰剖開洗淨，用鹽與白酒搓洗，去尿味，反複沖洗幹淨後切片，加入姜片、蔥段及少量鹽拌和。
起油鍋燒至六成熱，放入豬腰片炝爆1-2分鐘，加入開水，同時放入黨參與經過浸泡2小時後的芡實，用文火熬煮l小時，放入調料調味。
