材料:蘿蔔幹120g,青蒜50g,幹辣椒2個,紅辣椒50g,豆豉20g,臘肉120g,蔥姜蒜适量,油。

蘿蔔幹用水洗去上面的鹽分。臘肉切片,豆豉剁碎,辣椒切碎,青蒜切段,蔥姜切成米碎,蒜拍碎;

鍋燒熱,加入油,小火炒豆豉到出香味,加入蔥姜、青蒜、幹辣椒炒出香味;

再加入鮮辣椒和牛肉,翻炒到辣椒微微變軟;

加入蘿蔔幹,炒到蘿蔔幹能滾到豆豉的顔色即可。
