将剩面條倒入盆中;加入少量的水,雞蛋,鹽,雞精,十三香,蔥花,攪拌開;加入适量面粉,拌勻

鍋内油燒熱後,加入适量面糊(不要加太多,因為過會面糊還要按壓成薄片)

待一面煎至稍微帶點焦黃,翻過來煎另一面;當另一面也稍微帶點焦黃,此時用鍋鏟按壓餅,壓成薄餅;然後繼續煎,煎成兩面焦黃即可出鍋
