安康特色美食--神仙豆腐是用秦嶺、大巴山上生長的一種野生灌木(學名二翅六道木)樹葉加澱粉做成的,将葉子洗淨、晾幹,放到盆中用開水燙軟,揉搓、搗碎,直至葉子成為糊狀,然後用布袋過濾到盆中,待冷卻後即成 “豆腐”,将它用刀片切成小塊,澆上油辣子、醋和蒜泥,即成為一道美食。 ​​​​
