正宗清炖牛肉的做法

食材:黃牛肋條肉500克,青蒜絲5克,植物油20克,蔥段15克,姜塊7.5克,料酒12毫升,鹽、味精、胡椒粉各适量。

牛肉洗淨,切成小方塊,人沸水鍋中焯一下撈出并放入清水中漂清。

炒鍋中放入植物油燒熱,下牛肉、蔥段、姜塊煸透,倒人砂鍋内,加清水、料酒,蓋嚴鍋蓋,煮沸後用文火炖至牛肉酥爛時,加入味精、鹽、胡椒粉即可。

盛入湯碗時,再撒放青蒜絲即成。
