新鮮的口蘑洗淨控水,把蘑菇蒂和蘑菇蓋分開備用。

蘑菇蒂剁碎,加入鹽、黑胡椒粉、食用油、蒜末,攪拌均勻。

将口蘑擺盤,用小勺子把蘑菇碎放到口蘑蓋内壓實。

烤箱設置雙面烤,190℃預熱,放入盤子烤10分鐘即可。
