勺内放清水燒沸,加海帶汆透,撈出晾涼,改成長4.5 厘米,寬2.5厘米的片,共40 片,用精鹽、味精喂味;

餘海帶均剁成細細的末;

豬瘦肉剁成細泥,加精鹽、味精、清湯、蔥姜、雞蛋清、香油、海帶末攪勻,用手掐成20 個丸子;

将做好的丸子分放在20片海帶上,上面再各放一片海帶,用手略壓,海帶盒即成;

将海帶盒放盤中入籠屜内蒸熟,取出即可。
