将胡蘿蔔洗淨,切成片後,放盤中待用。

将蒜苗清洗幹淨後,瀝幹水份、切成小節備用。

将大蒜切成片。

炒鍋内倒入花生油燒熱,放入花椒、蒜片炒出香味,注意油溫不要過熱,以免将花椒炒胡。

加入胡蘿蔔片翻炒,放鹽攪拌均勻。

倒入一杯開水、水量以剛淹沒胡蘿蔔為好,蓋上蓋子悶。

炒至胡蘿蔔變軟後加入青蒜苗翻炒一分鐘左右。

盛入盤中就可以開動了。
